Shipping
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours on weekdays. Orders placed on Fridays or on holidays will take a little longer to process.
We charge $7 flat rate shipping on any order below $99. Orders over that amount ship for free within the lower 48 states.
We also offer services through a variety of carriers that may be selected during checkout.
As much as we would love to give accurate times for this, as we all know, carrier transit times can be a little hard to guess. Please understand that delays during transit are beyond our control. We like to say that most orders are received within 2-7 business days.
We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx. All services offered and their costs may be viewed during checkout.
YES! Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping to the lower 48 states.
Yes! We offer several expedited options during checkout. Please note that these transit times apply to the package once it has left us.
We don't currently offer expedited processing due to an already quick turnaround time.
We charge actual shipping by weight to your location on all international orders. Please note that international shipping is high and these costs are beyond our control. To calculate shipping, simply enter your postal information into the calculator of the shopping cart. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery to international destinations.

We want you to love us! (And we are pretty sure that you will.) But if any item that you receive is unsatisfactory, you are welcome to return it in it's original condition. A store credit will be issued upon arrival, less the original shipping cost. ANY RETURN WILL BE DONATED TO A RESCUE IN NEED. WE WILL NEVER RE-STOCK AN ITEM BACK INTO OUR INVENTORY DUE TO POTENTIAL BIRD ILLNESSES. In the event of a return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Packages damaged during transit will have an insurance claim filed on them via the applicable shipping carrier.
YES! Safety has and always will be our TOP priority. Our motto is simple: If we wouldn't give it to our bird, we won't sell it!
No we don't. Our facility is a totally bird-free environment. This is to ensure the safety of your bird. For the same reason, we do not attend bird fairs.

We normally begin working on an order as soon as it's been placed, so unfortunately there isn't time to modify them. We appreciate your understanding.
